Terms of Service

By accessing clipclopbike.com or a ClipClop service, you agree to these Terms. If you access the services for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not access or use the services.

You may use the services to browse products and specifications, save a Quote List locally in your browser, submit a brief or quote request, and download product or compliance documentation. You may not interfere with the services, scrape or reverse engineer them, resell access, or submit inaccurate or fraudulent information. We may restrict access for breach or security reasons.

Unless a quote states otherwise, it remains valid for 30 calendar days and is subject to availability. Orders are governed by the applicable signed supply agreement or order confirmation. Prices are quoted on the stated trade basis; EXW or FOB Shenzhen applies when specified, and risk and title transfer as stated in the applicable commercial documents. Lead times, payment terms, documentation, freight, and destination charges are confirmed in writing.

All site content, including images, copy, code, and product data, is owned by ClipClop or its licensors. You may use product documentation and approved product assets solely to market or support products purchased from us, subject to any stated restrictions. No other license is granted.

The services and preliminary information are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that preliminary pricing, availability, or content will be error-free. Product warranties are governed solely by the applicable supply agreement or warranty terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipClop's total liability for a claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.

You will indemnify ClipClop against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the services, non-compliance with applicable law in your market, or any representation about our products that we did not authorize in writing.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, or legal requirement, with notice where practicable. ClipClop does not currently offer user accounts on this site; if that changes, the applicable closure channel will be listed here. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Guangzhou under CIETAC rules, except where applicable law requires another forum or preserves non-waivable rights.
