Every e-bike is tested for performance and durability before it leaves the factory.
Our bikes meet all major international standards. In 2021 alone, we shipped over 80,000 e-bikes — 90% of them to overseas markets.

Production Process and Checks
Each stage has a named owner, a defined input, and a written output reviewed before the next stage starts.

Frame welding & forming
Steel MIG welding, precision-mounted jigs hold each frame square. Chassis alignment fixtures verify the head-tube and dropouts; weld bead is inspected at every joint.

Surface treatment & paint
Phosphate pre-cleaner in spray lines, then anti-corrosion primer, then colour coat. Each chassis passes through 4 oven cycles for finish hardness.

Motor & battery integration
Bafang M510 mid-drive motor and controller pairing. Torque profile is calibrated to gear; the 720Wh pack is matched to BMS firmware.

Assembly & calibration
Battery, controller, harness, and wheels are assembled on-line. Wheel alignment is calibrated against laser gauges; torque-check passes before next station.

Quality inspection
Electrical safety, mechanical stress, e-mark compliance, and pre-shipment checks are documented for each unit. Every bike is logged with a serial-traceable QC card.

Packaging & container loading
Retail-ready cartons, sleeve wrap, and corner protection are applied. Loading is coordinated against the FOB sailing window; each bike is bar-coded at pack.
