Every file here is published for OEM buyers, dealer intake teams, and the trade press. Spec sheets cover the SKU family currently shipping from the Heshan, Jiangmen factory — motor, battery, frame, controller, brakes, weight, and load ratings — and are revised whenever a build of record changes. Certification files (CE, FCC, RoHS, EN 15194 where applicable) are kept on the latest version; if a buyer asks for a specific revision we can pull the matching PDF from the audit binder on request.

The press kit is the same package our distributors hand to retail buyers and journalists: brand-safe logos in vector and raster form, hero photography cleared for OEM pack use, and the most recent factory figures (capacity, headcount, model count). Asset licensing is included for distributor and private-label channels — for any use beyond that, ask first.

If a document is not listed — a custom certification, a specific test report, a localized manual, a tender response pack — open a Quote List and write the requirement in the notes. We will pull the file (or build it) and reply with the matching PDF in the same thread, normally within 48 hours.
