What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is 20 units per SKU, for OEM builds with custom paint, branding, or spec as well as stocked catalog models. Prototypes are 1 unit at prototype pricing — typically $480–$720 above FOB, fully refundable against the first production PO.

What is the lead time from PO to delivery at my warehouse?

Standard bulk OEM lead time is 45–60 days from PO deposit to FOB Shenzhen, plus 18–32 days transit depending on destination. Any DDP scope, landed timing, duties/VAT, and related buffer will be agreed by both parties and documented in the quotation. Sample lead time is 3–4 weeks from approved spec to DHL/FedEx airway bill.

Do you publish a price list, or is everything quoted per order?

Everything is quoted per order. Reference price bands are inside the OEM catalog (EXW per SKU, tiered by volume and finish). Volume triggers available: 20 units base, 100 units tier 2, 500+ units tier 3. Submit a brief with target SKU mix; we aim to respond within 48 hours.

Can I order a single prototype sample before committing to a production PO?

Yes — 1 unit per SKU at prototype pricing ($480–$720 above FOB unit cost). Refundable in full against the first production PO of 20 units or more. Lead time 3–4 weeks from approved spec to billed air freight. Sample cost includes build, QC report, and bill of materials.

What payment terms do you offer for new OEM partners?

First three orders are 50% T/T deposit against PI, 50% balance against copy of B/L. After a clean cycle, partners switch to 30/70 or L/C at sight. OEM tooling orders are 50% deposit to release tooling, 50% against trial-run sample approval.

Can you build to my OEM spec, or only the catalog?

Both. Catalog SKUs ship as-is or with light branding. Full OEM builds accept frame geometry, motor/battery packages, graphics, and packaging kits from your brief, subject to engineering review and MOQ.

Question 7

What is your defect rate, and how are bad batches handled?

Accepted Answer

Rolling first-pass yield targets 99%+ after line QC. Non-conforming units are held, reworked, or scrapped at our cost. AQL sampling reports ship with every PO; critical defects trigger a hold and root-cause report before release.

Do you offer private-label / OEM with our logo and packaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private-label includes logo on frame/decals, hang tags, manuals, and carton art. Branding files are locked at sample approval; changes after tooling release incur a change-order fee.

Where are components sourced, and what is your QC chain?

Accepted Answer

Motors, batteries, and controllers come from qualified Tier-1 suppliers with batch certificates. Incoming IQC, in-line checks, and 100% pre-shipment QC form the chain — serial numbers are logged to each unit.

Do you ship CE-compliant e-bikes to the EU?

Accepted Answer

Yes. EU-bound builds are prepared for EN 15194 compliance, and CE documentation is available with the shipment. We provide the technical file package importers need for customs and market surveillance.

Can you handle UL 2849 certification for North America?

Accepted Answer

Our North America builds are designed to meet UL 2849 requirements. Lead time and lab fees depend on motor/battery combination — request a cert plan with your first sample brief.

Do you hold AS/NZS 15194 for Australia and New Zealand?

Accepted Answer

Selected SKUs are AS/NZS 15194 compliant. Confirm the target SKU and power class with the export team before quoting so the correct test report is attached to the shipment.

What is your standard shipping incoterm and lead time?

Default quote is FOB Shenzhen or EXW Qingyuan. Bulk lead time is typically 45–60 days from deposit to FOB, plus ocean transit. CIF and DDP may be available on request; freight, insurance, duties, customs responsibilities, and included documents will be agreed by both parties and documented in the quotation.

Can you quote DDP to my country, with duties paid?

DDP may be available depending on the destination. Freight, insurance, duties/VAT, customs responsibilities, and any buffer will be agreed by both parties and documented in the quotation after HS codes and the destination port are fixed.

Question 15

How do you handle in-transit damage and container claims?

Accepted Answer

Units ship with photo-documented loading and container seal numbers. File claims within 7 days of delivery with photos and the packing list. We support the claim with the carrier and replace or credit verified damage.

Question 16

What warranty do you offer, and who handles claims?

Accepted Answer

Standard cover is a 1-year whole e-bike warranty. Claims go through your account manager with serial number and photos; approved parts ship FOC under warranty, and lifetime spare-parts supply stays open for every shipped model.

Question 17

How do I order replacement spare parts after 2027?

Accepted Answer

Spare parts stay available for a minimum of 5 years after model sunset. Order by serial/SKU via the parts list in your OEM pack, or submit a brief to the after-sales desk for cross-reference.
